Think Slim, Be Slim – Hypnotherapy Programme
The Think Slim, Be Slim Programme consists of 4 sessions and is gauged towards you reaching your ideal weight. It does not consist of a ‘Diet’ but instead relies on the construction of a healthy eating regime that you feel you can keep to. It will allow certain treats of your choice but does need to be controlled. As soon as you take away all foods that you like it becomes a chore and I have found people struggle to keep to it. As with all types of hypnotherapy everyone is different and the exact structure of the treatment and the programme itself will be tailored to the individual.
The results of this will not be the loss of 6lbs overnight. It’s constructed to be a system that allows a steady, but reliable, reduction in weight over a set amount of time. The amount of time depends on your current weight and your target weight.
The sessions will consist of a combination of hypnosis, NLP and EFT techniques that will be tailored to your goals. These techniques will help you to alter the way you think about food and how you eat.
The Think Slim, Be Slim programme includes the first 4 sessions along with phone and email support throughout. Further sessions and continued support is also available upon request.
